- No, never use any product intended for dogs on cats and vice versa. They are specifically formulated for only one species and contain different ingredients.
Can I use the Antimicrobial products on a puppy, or is there a minimum age for use of these products? ×
- We recommend that you only use these products on puppies over 6 weeks of age.
How long can I use my bottle of Sergeant's Vetscription Vitamins? Does it have a shelf life? ×
- Yes, the product does have a shelf life. According to Sergeant’s, the vitamins can be used for approximately three years.
I am confused about the instructions for use for Joint-Eze. ×
- You’ll want to give your dog the "loading" amount for the first three weeks, everyday. This helps them build up and overcome deficiencies. It is safe for you to give the chews all at once or to give them as a treat throughout the day. Once the three week period is complete, you can give your dog the daily "maintenance" amount of chews from then on. As always, be sure to read the label very carefully, just like with any other product you use for your pets
Can I use a wormer that has passed its expiration date? ×
- You should not use this wormer or any other medication if it has expired. Although the product would be unlikely be harmful to your pet, it would probably not be effective in removing worms.
